Welcome to the You’re Special Ltd website Terms and Conditions for use. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order. By using the You’re Special website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

No contract will commence between you and You’re Special Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until You’re Special Limited accepts your order by email. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and You’re Special Limited irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. You’re Special Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. Or any of the products sold from this site. Using items with due care and attention, with supervision where appropriate for the purpose for which they are intended will be your sole responsibility. Delivery & Packing
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and payment authorisation, for items in stock. If we are out of stock at time of order delivery will be in the time frame indicated. In all cases you will receive a confirmation e mail.
Additionally, should there are any issues regarding your order we will contact you within 24 hours, again by e-mail.
All timescales exclude weekends. Orders received on Friday pm and at weekends are normally despatched on the following Monday.
Postage and packing within mainland UK is included in the cost of the item unless specifically stated at the checkout. Therefore you will not encounter any hidden costs.
For delivery outside of UK postcode areas, we will advise you of any additional shipping costs prior to processing your order. Only when we have received your confirmation of accepting these costs will your order be processed.
If you wish to pay by cheque for your order then please send to address below made out to You’re Special Ltd.
Confirmation of order will be sent to you. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared.
Returns & Exchanges
Goods may be returned only if they are faulty and unused and their return has been agreed with You’re Special and you have been given a document number. For reasons of hygiene, we will not accept returns of ear-rings for pierced ears or lingerie.
In order to return goods you will need to print off a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. Without this invoice goods will only be exchanged at the value currently being charged and no refund will be given. You will need to e mail You’re Special in the first instance at sales@yourespecial.uk.com advising of the issues and on confirmation and agreement for return we will give you a returns number which must be used in all correspondence.
Methods of Payment
You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, DUET, Delta, Switch and Solo). PROTX Secure servers offer You’re Special customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render You’re Special liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been despatched we will arrange collection from the original address free of charge.
Product Information
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. You’re Special takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the You’re Special website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis. From time to time our retail stores may run special or local promotions which will not be reflected on our website or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in our retail stores.

What information do we ask for and why?
Typically we will ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address when orders are placed as well as competitions or other promotional activity used in our website. For payment purposes we will require postal addresses and payment method details. As a wish to constantly improve our website we may ask you about usage on our website.
What will this information be used for?
Some of this information will be used to process orders and to keep you updated with changes in operation of the website.
If you agree, then we will send you newsletters via email advising you of forthcoming special offers and promotions. A facility will be made available for you to unsubscribe should you wish at any point in the future.
